Booking Policy
A deposit is required to confirm each reservation. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require a deposit 50% deposit to be paid when making the booking. If 30 days or more notice is given, a deposit must be paid within 10 days of making the booking.
Deposits can be paid using your credit card( Visa/Mater Card) by giving details over the telephone. This will ensure correct and quick processing of your deposit.
A confirmation letter and receipt will be forwarded to you once the deposit has been paid. Once received, please check the reservation details are correct and inform the Manager immediately of any changes.
Cancellation & Alteration Policy
If more than 7 days notice is given for a reservation cancellation, guests will be refunded their deposit . If less than 7 days notice is given for a cancellation, no refunds or credit will be given. At least 7 days notice must be given for booking or date alterations.
Date changes are subject to availability.
